Ok, so you've placed your order, called your friends, scheduled your colonic, and now you're set to go. Wait, when does your delivery come, again? You opted for either: Pickup or Delivery. Remember that your juice is prepared and distributed the DAY BEFORE YOUR START DATE.

PICKUP:

If you are out and about and won't be available for delivery, pickup is key. Just meander over to our Chelsea production facility (not a storefront, by the way!) on delivery days between the hours of 1:30 and 6:00 pm(432 W. 19th Street between 9th and 10th Avenues), hit buzzer #4, give us your name, and we'll scramble on downstairs with your juices in hand. Easy Parcheesi.

DELIVERY:

If you appreciate what it is to live in New York, then you know that you can get ANYTHING delivered, dahling. BPC brings your freshly pressed juice straight to your door every week at no additional cost*. Home, office, corner deli or wherever else you're going to be, just let us know how to find you and you'll get your juice.

Details, details:

Deliveries take place between 3 and 9 pm on Sunday and Wednesdays. Our delivery team will try to call you 15-20 minutes before their arrival to give a heads up should you need to pop out (please provide an additional phone number to guarantee that you receive a ring). If you live in a doorman building, you don't have to be there to receive the juices-the doorman can sign for them, no problem. If you don't have a doorman, we still deliver to you, you just have to be home or arrange to have a neighbor receive.

So yes, the juice is 100% fresh and unpasteurized. This means that refrigeration is necessary. The juice arrives in an insulated cooler bag with ice packs, so they're ok for a couple of hours, but the faster into the fridge the better (hint: when putting juices into the fridge open up the bag tops---more fresh cool air swirling around the bottles). Freeze the ice packs should you need to Cleanse on the go, but don't freeze the juice. Frozen juice equals a near-death experience for the fabulous enzymes that are trying to nourish your system!

*As a last resort - if either of those two evening delivery options didn't quite work out for you - for a messenger fee of (appx.) $20 we can have your juices delivered to your home or office the morning after the original delivery day (the day that you are supposed to start your cleanse).
