RETURN POLICY

FOR MONDAY START DATE
-Cancellations must come no later than Friday or a full refund.
-Cancellations on Saturday will be applied as credit towards a future cleanse, but not refunded.
-Cancellations on Sunday or Monday will be charged and not credited (the juice is already made, we can’t guarantee that we can resell it).

FOR THURSDAY START DATE
-Cancellations must come no later than Monday for a full refund.
-Cancellations on Tuesday will be applied as credit towards a future cleanse, but not refunded.
-Cancellations on Wednesday or Thursday will be charged and not credited (the juice is already made, we can’t guarantee that we can resell it).

In the event that you need to change delivery, or would like to request a different length of time, you must contact Blueprint Cleanse by phone (212.414.5741) no later than three (3) days prior to the scheduled delivery dates.

Cooler bag return: Every delivery comes with a self addressed poly-mailer envelope. Place bags and ice packs inside envelope, seal and drop at the nearest FedEx or Kinkos!

Pricing
Just a reminder - Blueprint Cleanses’ prices are based on the Cleanse level you choose. Connecticut and New Jersey prices differ from NYC.

Order Confirmation
After ordering, you will receive an automatically generated email confirmation, which also acts as your receipt.

Gift Certificates:
BPC gift certificates are applicable to any Cleanse length or Cleanse level.

To redeem your BPC gift certificate, select a gift and begin the ordering process. You will be asked for your certificate number during checkout. Even if the amount of your certificate is greater than the amount of your purchase, we'll still need your credit card number to process your order. After you enter your credit card number, you will see a box marked Gift Certificate. Simply enter your gift certificate code, and when you're finished, click the Process Order button. The amount of the certificate will then be deducted from your final order total.
