Q. What’s better, three days or five days?
A: Depending on the length of the BluePrintCleanse, it accomplishes different things. A three day BluePrintCleanse helps the body rid itself of old built up matter and cleanses the blood. A five day BluePrintCleanse starts the process of rebuilding and healing the immune system. A 10 day BluePrintCleanse will take care of problems before they arise and fight off degenerative diseases.
The length of a cleanse is an entirely personal decision. That being said you will certainly feel a dramatic difference if you cleanse for five vs. three days. Two extra days, that’s 60% more cleanse time. You reap more benefits the longer you cleanse. Certain substances take longer to leave you system than others, i.e. caffeine does not take as long as dairy, and dairy does not take as long as protein.
Q: Which one makes you lose the most weight?
A: Strictly speaking, the Excavation BluePrintCleanse has the least amount of calories, but the difference is quite small.
Q: Do you offer an editorial discount?
Q: If I know I’m going to do this at least once a month, I don’t get any discount for continued service?
A: There is a slight discount given to those who would like to order 3 or more days a week for a month at a time. The cost is the same rate as our monthly unlimited cleansers which breaks down to $62.50 per day but must be charged up front for the entire month. If you’d like to order 1 or 2 days a week for a month the cost is $65/day rate.

Q: Can I move up in levels?
A: Absolutely! The levels may be used in many different ways for different reasons. Levels are divided by intensity so that everyone can participate. For example, if you start out on level one Renovation, there’s room to grow and increase the intensity of your cleansing regime at your own pace based on your own progress. Other ways the three levels may be used is “backwards.” We had a more “advanced” cleanser start at the third level, Excavation (the most intense), and instead of going straight back on solid food, he transitioned to level two, followed by level one and from there gradually reincorporated solid foods again. He used the levels decreasing intensity to gradually transition back to his normal diet.
Q: Will a one-day cleanse do anything?
A: YES! How would you react if you never had a day off? The benefits of a one-day cleanse, once a week are astronomical! This cleanse method has been an Eastern practice for centuries, used as a quick strategy to strengthen the immune system, sharpen mental clarity, and allow the body to "catch up." Like yourself, your body needs a rest. After only one day of stopping solid food intake, enzymes stop visiting your stomach and instead travel into the bloodstream and intestines, where they get busy attacking all sorts of old waste matter, damaged cells, and pollutants.
Q: How often should I do a cleanse?
A: A good rule of thumb is whenever you experience any of the following: fatigue/general lack of energy, sleeplessness, anxiety/depression, digestive problems, at the first sign of a cold and of course, before and after holidays or any special events that lead to overindulging. We recommend doing a cleanse once a month for at least three days. This allows your body the proper rest and recovery time it needs to maintain optimum health. Make it a healthy habit - the immune system loves a consistent schedule.
