Pre CleanseThe key word to remember here is SLOWLY! Before the cleanse, use common sense – cut back on what you know is “the worst part of your diet.” For those of you who don’t know what that is: Meat, cheese, bread (all white processed foods), alcohol, coffee, candy, sweets, etc. Gradually omit one a day, 3-5 days before you begin. Post CleanseThe idea is to break the Cleanse primarily with fruit (day one), then add salads, then add steamed veggies, legumes (day three), from there you may begin incorporating what ever else it is that you normally eat leaving meat and dairy last to come on board. |
